PAYMENT AND PRICING 

Payment for all products must be made by credit or debit card. Accepted cards are Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, American Express.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order upon receipt of payment.

Product prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already invoiced.

ORDERS

Please kindly ensure all order details/contact information are correct on your order confirmation. Should any details be incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of any details requiring correction or alteration.

If for any reason no one is present to receive delivery at the delivery address you have provided, we will call you to either confirm if you would like the product left in a safe place or with a neighbour or we will take your order back and retain for 24 hours during which time you may contact us to arrange re-delivery subject to a $20 re-delivery fee.

Any message you require to be written on your cake will be written as you have entered on the websites "would you like a message on your cake?" field. 

e.g. Upper case/Lower case typing. Please note Emojis will be excluded.

CANCELLATIONS

​

Any order you wish to cancel will happily be refunded via bank transfer minus a merchant fee. A minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation is required prior to your nominated delivery date.

ALLERGENS

As our kitchen produces various products containing nuts and other allergens we cannot guarantee that traces of nuts or gluten will not be found in our products. Therefore, Cakewise Ltd will not be liable for any damage to health or distress caused to you by consuming said products.

WHOLESALE ENQUIRIES

If you are a retailer please do not hesitate to contact us and enquire about how you can sell our delicious products in your store.
