Fresh is best! We recommend you consume your cake/cupcake within 24 hours of accepting delivery. Otherwise, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. If we are having hot and humid kiwi weather, keep it in the refrigerator and bring to room temperature prior to serving. We don't use preservatives so the texture and appearance will slightly deteriorate over time.

Please kindly place all orders at least 48 hours prior to required delivery date to accomadate busy production times.
